What gives you the most satisfaction, either in work or personal life?

CB – Professionally, what brings me the most satisfaction is participating in projects with diverse fields of action. This variety challenges me to step out of my comfort zone, learn new skills, and gain a more holistic vision. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in areas such as digital sales, marketing, and project management, which have provided significant professional growth and helped me develop skills like adaptability, communication, and problem-solving.
All my experiences have contributed to understanding the needs of clients with very different profiles and seeking the best solutions for each case. They’ve also helped me build the ability to establish strong relationships and translate sometimes complex needs into simpler solutions.
I realized early on that collaboration between different departments is essential to drive sustainable organizational growth. By breaking down silos and fostering synergy between teams, we can not only optimize processes but also offer a more complete and satisfying client experience.

What qualities do you admire in others and try to cultivate in yourself?

CB – Resilience, empathetic openness, which I consider essential for building healthy and transparent relationships; adaptability, and strategic vision – it’s important to anticipate the future and set paths and goals.

If you could leave a legacy in your personal and professional life, what would it be?
CB – The best investment we make is in ourselves. Investing in our own development allows us to achieve a greater level of fulfillment and satisfaction, both professionally and personally.

What excites you most about attending WTM this year?

CB – WTM is an excellent opportunity to reconnect and strengthen relationships with clients and partners, establish strategic partnerships, and delve deeper into industry trends and developments in hospitality.

What questions or challenges do you expect visitors to bring to the Newhotel stand?

CB – Currently, the drive for technological modernization is one of the industry’s major challenges, and one of the biggest concerns for hoteliers visiting Newhotel’s stand is understanding how our solutions can help them become more efficient, personalize their services, and stay competitive through technology, while preserving the essence of hospitality – the excellence of service.

How do you imagine technology will transform the hospitality sector in the coming years?

CB – The hospitality industry is undergoing a deep digital transformation, where balancing technological innovation with human interaction is crucial.
The essence of hospitality – excellence in services, human interaction, personalization, and creating memorable experiences – must be supported by technology and a culture of innovation to reach new standards.
Through artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), virtual and augmented reality, and blockchain, hotels that want to stand out from the competition can redefine how they operate and serve guests.
There will inevitably be a shift in how hotels present and sell their services and empower their staff.
On the other hand, technology partners will need to offer solutions that increasingly add value to the guest experience, process automation, data security, and big data management.
Those who can adapt to these new realities will be more competitive and better prepared for the future.
