Do I need to install anything at the hotel?
No. The Cloud PMS is 100% cloud and runs in the browser, on any computer, tablet or phone with internet access. There is no server at the front desk and no complex infrastructure to maintain.
What if the internet goes down?
The PMS runs in the cloud and needs a connection. The point of sale, however, works with or without internet, 24 hours a day, so the restaurant and bar don’t stop.
Where is my data kept?
In Microsoft Azure and Amazon data centres, with automatic backups. Guest data is processed in line with the GDPR.
Does it handle invoicing and tax rules in my country?
