At Newhotel, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We take the General Data Protection Regulation very seriously and we respect the trust you place in us, in the context of the collection and processing of your personal data. Please read this policy as it contains important information about how we use the personal data we collect. This Privacy Policy applies to Newhotel and all Group companies.
By accessing the Newhotel website or providing personal information, you agree with our privacy practices, as set out in this privacy statement. This privacy policy may be changed from time to time. We encourage you to check this privacy policy frequently to ensure you are aware of the most recent version.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES.<\/strong>

In compliance with the new legislation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, pursuant to the GDPR – REGULATION (EU) 2016\/679, of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Board approved on April 27, 2016.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>


Newhotel, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, commonly referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable national and community legislation, adopted the Personal Data Privacy Protection Policy, disclosed in this document, which establishes how it collects, stores and processes Personal Data, ensuring its confidentiality and security.
This document applies to all personal information collected, processed and stored by Newhotel.
1. The processing operations carried out by Newhotel comply with the fundamental principles of data protection and privacy, which guarantee the proper functioning of processes, trust with customers and partners, lawfulness, impartiality and transparency, limitation of purposes, minimization of data, accuracy, limitation of conservation, integrity, confidentiality and transmission.
2. Newhotel ensures that all personal data is processed lawfully, that is, in strict respect for the grounds of lawfulness imposed by the RGPD.
3. Within the scope of \u201cOn Premise\u201d Solutions, Newhotel does not collect or store personal data.
4. For the purposes set out in article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the P.E. and of the Council of April 27 (RGPD), the Client and data subject (client), gives his consent for the collection and processing of your personal data.
5. Ensuring, whenever necessary, the prior consent of the holder of the personal data, we will collect, among others, the following information:

\u2022 identification data (such as name, place of birth, citizen card number, tax identification number or date of birth);
\u2022 contact details (such as mobile phone, address or e-mail);
\u2022 qualification data and professional status (such as education level and CV);
\u2022 banking, financial and transaction data (such as IBAN or tax identification number);
\u2022 location data (such as IP address);
\u2022 recording images of events, training (face-to-face and online) and webinars;
\u2022 voice recordings (phone calls).<\/p>


6. The purposes for the purposes of data processing are:<\/p>


\u2022 Administrative management;
\u2022 Billing;
\u2022 Execution of the various tax, mandatory or optional accounting aspects, arising from legal provisions;
\u2022 Account management (Account manager);
\u2022 Technical assistance;
o Pursuing the Client’s business, namely through the use of the Newhotel hotel management software;
\u2022 Execution of a court decision or sentence<\/p>


7. Newhotel guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided, as well as the documentation received and the information transmitted will be used solely within the scope of this document, in compliance with the new legislation regarding the protection of natural persons and within the limits strictly necessary to ensure the good processing of the celebration and execution of the same;

8. The personal data whose processing is authorized by this document cannot be used for any direct marketing or other purposes of a commercial nature, including the definition of profiles or for any other automated decisions and may be subject to portability under the terms of art. 20 of the GDPR.

9. Personal Data will be kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are intended and taking into account legal criteria, need and minimization of conservation time.

10. Recipients of the data are the entities to which the data must be communicated by virtue of a legal provision or at the request of the Client’s data controller.<\/p>

11. The data subject has the following rights:<\/p>


\u2022 Right to request access to the company’s personal data controller;
\u2022 Right to request limitation of processing with regard to the data subject, as well as the respective rectification;
\u2022 Right to erasure of data, including exercising the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d;
\u2022 Right to data portability;
\u2022 Right to withdraw your consent at any time, regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, paragraph a) or article 9, paragraph 2, paragraph a) of the RGPD;
the Right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission;
\u2022 Right to oppose decisions taken exclusively on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, unless it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and a controller, authorized by European Union law or is based on the explicit consent of the data subject;
\u2022 Right to be informed, upon request, about the purposes of the processing, the categories of data involved, the identity of the recipients to whom they have been disclosed and the retention period of personal data;
\u2022 Right to be informed about which personal data are being processed and any information available on the origin of such data, electronically, if not in this document;
\u2022 Newhotel undertakes to adopt administrative, technical, physical and organizational measures that guarantee the security, integrity and privacy of the holders’ personal data, appropriate to the risk of each treatment and consistent with practices established in the European Union. These measures apply to protect personal data against disclosure, misuse, unauthorized access or loss, alteration or destruction, as well as any other form of illicit treatment.


11. Partners and subcontractors, who have access to personal data, are obliged to adopt the organizational and technical security measures and protocols necessary for the protection of said data.

12. The provision of information or the provision of services by Newhotel Software may eventually imply the transmission or access to personal data by partners and subcontractors. Newhotel Software guarantees that it will only resort to entities that provide sufficient guarantees for the execution of appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the treatment ensures compliance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>


13. The data provided may also be transferred to official entities in compliance with legal obligations.

14. Newhotel only transfers personal data to entities located in a country outside the EU, in compliance with legal obligations or if compliance with national and community legal standards is guaranteed.<\/p>


15. Newhotel does not sell, buy or, in any way, commercialize personal data.

16. Newhotel undertakes, within the scope of the celebration and execution of the Contract for the Provision of its Services, to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, as well as other applicable legislation, namely, not to copy, reproduce, adapt , modify, alter, erase, destroy, disseminate, transmit, disseminate or in any other way make available to third parties the personal data to which you have had access or which are transmitted within the scope of the said Service Provision Agreement, without this has been expressly authorized, committing to use them exclusively for the purposes that determine the collection, refraining from any use out of context, whether for their own benefit or that of third parties.

17. Newhotel and its collaborators, under the scope of their technical or consulting functions, in person or remotely, to provide services to Newhotel customers, for installations, parameterization, consultancy, and assistance in resolving doubts or incidents, or even interventions at the development level, are subject to the duty of secrecy of the information treated either at the level of consultation or database extraction that may contain personal data, which under the maintenance contract concluded between the employer and the customer , will only be used for technical diagnostic purposes and undertakes not to use this data for other purposes that have not been consented, to keep the data for the period necessary to provide the service and not to transfer this data to third parties outside the company or use for other purposes.
