{"id":64660,"date":"2025-07-10T14:43:59","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T17:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newhotel.com\/?p=64660"},"modified":"2025-07-10T14:48:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T17:48:09","slug":"certificacion-facturacion-declaracion-responsable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newhotel.com\/es\/blog\/certificacion-facturacion-declaracion-responsable\/","title":{"rendered":"Certificaci\u00f3n Facturaci\u00f3n &#8211; Declaraci\u00f3n Respons\u00e1ble"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\"><strong>Cuando escoges Newhotel como tu PMS eliges tranquilidad para tu hotel.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newhotel Software PMS, cumple integralmente con la normativa legal vigente referente al cumplimiento de facturaci\u00f3n para sistemas inform\u00e1ticos. cumple con lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 29.2.j) de la Ley 58\/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, en el Reglamento que establece los requisitos que deben adoptar los sistemas y programas inform\u00e1ticos o electr\u00f3nicos que soporten los procesos de facturaci\u00f3n de empresarios y profesionales, y la estandarizaci\u00f3n de formatos de los registros de facturaci\u00f3n, aprobado por el Real Decreto 1007\/2023, de 5 de diciembre, en la Orden HAC\/1177\/2024, de 17 de octubre y en la sede electr\u00f3nica de la Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria para todo aquello que complete las especificaciones de dicha orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hemos optado inicialmente por la modalidad NO Veri*factu, que cumple con la normativa y asegura la inalterabilidad e integridad de los datos de facturaci\u00f3n, con la potencialidad de que el cliente hotelero pueda escoger en el futuro migrar para Veri*factu, que supone la transmisi\u00f3n de los registros de facturaci\u00f3n de forma inmediata a su producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La normativa aplica para todo el territorio espa\u00f1ol incluidos Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla.
